It has been revealed that Minnie Mouse, outraged by being ignored and left out of Mickey's 80th Birthday celebrations, has taken out a writ against her partner of 70 years in an attempt to balance the popularity ledger and maintain her significant profile in Disneyland.
Minnie Mouse was beside herself with anger and resentment when Mickey Mouse was solely presented with a large Birthday bash and given a solo cavalcade through the theme park.
Minnie said to reporters at a hastily convened press conference that she was sick and tired of being treated as Mickey's handbag and that she had no alternative but to sue him for reckless abandonment of his partner. She believes that an appropriate restitution of several million dollars will suitably compensate her for Mickey's "arrogant behaviour".
Minnie further added that the Press were also complicit in this matter by their bias reporting in favour of the legend. Mickey Mouse was unavailable for comment however he did let out a barely audible squeak.
