(Dover, DE) In sharp contrast to opponent John McCain's definition of wealth in terms of vast monetary sums, Barack Obama gauges wealth by the friends he has, according to an interview this weekend.
"Wealth is not defined by how much money you have. Your friends are far more valuable" Obama explained in a response seemingly more resonant than Republican John McCain's definition of wealth as having at least $5million.
Obama stated "I can't put a price tag on the wealth of my friends, always willing to help me.
"Look at the value of (Pastor Jeremiah) Wright cursing my political opponents from the pulpit, buddy Tony 'Landlord" Rezko's help in the Chicago housing market, and good pal Bill (Ayres) at my beckoned call to obliterate those who disagree with us.
"Money is fine. But good friends? Priceless!" added Obama.
