Washington AC/DC - (Ass Mess): US presidential wannabe Barack Obama is said to be livid after top secret oil talks with the Kazakhstan government were ridiculed as a crude attempt to manipulate his waning domestic popularity.
The Democratic Party nominee was laughed out of the country's capital city Astana after local oligarchs dubbed him Borat Obama - in retaliation maybe at relentless lampooning by UK comedy actor Sacha Baron Cohen via his Kazakh journalist character Borat.
Obama, 43, is said to favor a Stalinist type of nationalization of US oil interests if attempts to impose vindictive and punitive taxes on big oil giants fail on constitutional grounds.
This week's secret talks with the Kazahkis may now cost Obama dear amid reports that Baron Cohen has been hired by John McCain to star in a GOP TV commerical about the former Illinois Senator's crude negotiations.
"Barack Osama may have been water off a dead duck's back," an editorial in this week's BigOil Shagger! magazine said today.
"Borat Obama could cost him the vote."
