Washington DC -- The Supreme Court ruled that radio broadcasting discriminates against the deaf in a 9-0 decision today. The ruling makes any communication by radio illegal. All radio programs are to cease by midnight tonight. The argument of the deaf plaintiff was so compelling it only took the judges ten seconds to decide.

Tommy Who was the plaintiff and he was led into the Supreme Court by his disciples. Mr. Who is also mute and blind. The lawsuit was brought about because too many people simply take their ability to hear for granted. Mr. Who wanted people to have more compassion.

Mr. Who played the album "Tommy" by the Who for the judges. He also passed around a few skunk weed joints for them too.

"This is great stuff." said Chief Justice Robert Johns.

"Both the music and the weed are really getting to me, lets give the deaf, dumb and blind kid what he wants." said the very mellow Judge Thomas Clarence.

The decision was made and now all radio ceases forever. Mr. Who says his next lawsuit will be against TV and cell phone users. The judges noted they would be happy to get stoned with him case anytime!

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
