Federal authorities are to send a box of Bandaids to the southern city of New Orleans, hit by massive flooding and high winds.
President George White said: 'Washington will send more Bandaids when we stop spending our money on weapons.'
Critics have suggested that the US Government is supposed to be looking after its own citizens, rather then spending their taxes on unwinnable pointless wars in the Middle East, against harmless third-world countries, but luckily Europeans are there to skim off any profits made by it.
US Secretary of Ignoring-Our-Own-People-For-Profit, Condoleeza Nicebabe, said: 'Yeah.'
Bandaid shares rose dramatically at this dramatic news, but house prices in New Orleans fell a bit sharply, and fell below water at seven o'clock, before President Bush found another storm-hit state to send no aid to.
