Col. John Charleton Moses El Cid Heston, US military expert on Al Qaida in Iraq says that the terrorist franchise is here to stay in Iraq:
"Terrorist franchises are hard to acquire. Anybody can get a McDonald's, Burger Caliph or a Jack in the Burqah. But an Al Qaida franchise is only given to the best of the best!"
Army Lt. General Ray Odio Colognie Odierno had nothing but good things to say about AQII and its business plan: "They will be here for a long time and their upper management is very grateful to all of the Americans who helped put them into power. They have terrorists cells named after Wolfowitz, Feith, Cheney, Rice and Rummie but the Board of directors this year decided to honor the US worst president ever, George W Bush. From now on Al Qaida in Iraq will be officially called George W Bush's Al Qaida in Iraq."
Al Qaida headquarters announced their plan to open terrorist franchises on all 7 continents by 2010.
