District of Columbia - Leaving a wake of mayhem in his path, aspiring "Don Quixote" and veteran Congressman Barney Frank announced to his constituents that he will take on 'little tobacco' next.
"And why not?" his 22-plus supporters rhetorically asked. "Look at what happened to 'big tobacco'. It's practically like taking candy from a baby." (which is not always that easy, by the way)
Probable targets include small ma-and-pa tobacco growers, people who roll their own cigarette papers and Amsterdam coffee shops. This ought to prove that nothing is too great nor too small to escape Frank's crusading eye.
