District of Columbia - Continuing his heated rhetoric, self-styled "Don Quixote" (Congressman Barney Frank) turned his attention toward yet a different foe: the faceless Federal Reserve System (aka the Fed).
Threatening to emasculate the Fed over its failure to protect US home buyers from unfair home loans, Frank implied all five members of the Board of Governors are 'a bunch of nancy boys'.
In response, toga-wearing Fed Chairman Fred Fernanke had one of his younger nancy boys, Randall Crotchless, put on some mascara and a tutu to perform a dance. Citing the little-known 'Man Love Thursday' clause and shouting "Let's get randy!", Fernanke allowed everyone to have a go with young Crotchless.
