In what appears to be life's greatest irony, Nathan Porter, a 35 years old lifeguard who dedicated his whole life to save others, was found dead by his wife in their own bathtub.
"I told him to take a shower, he always fell asleep in the tub." Sobbed his wife.
And just when she thought things couldn't get any worse, the forensic team found a rubber duckie inside the man's throat.
"In all my years as a professional, I have never seen anything like this" declared one of the forensic investigators.
But this is no isolated incident, two years ago a dog trainer was eaten alive by her own dogs, chihuahua dogs.
All of this events teach us a valuable lesson, don't flip the coin too hard because it may never return to your hand.
