The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution which protects the right of individuals to keep and bear arms will be written out of the constitution at midnight.
After reading the original minutes of the meeting, written during the creation of the Constitution, The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that the the word 'bear' was a typo....what was meant to have been written was bare.
The Second Amendment was based partially on the right to wear t-shirts, tank tops, swimming costumes and was designed to encourage Americans to get some sun: not kill each other.
"It makes sense," said attorney Doug Walls, "I mean, most of the early settlers to the USA came from cold climates, of course they wanted a provision in the Constitution to get sun tans."
As of midnight citizens are requested to hand in their weapons to authorities and in exchange they will receive a t-shirt, wife beater vest or bra.
