HAVANA, Cuba - A lot of U.S. politicians are not happy with the trip that Beyonce and her hip hop husband Jay-Z took to Cuba.
They noted that former Cuban president Fidel Castro is still considered to be one of the most hated leaders of the entire world, who is second only to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
State senators Shelia P. Fluckaminsky [R-Arizona] and Claudette Cora Wonderwillow [R-Iowa] have both written President Obama asking him to investigate the trip that Beyonce and Jay-Z took to the Communist island that is located a mere 90 miles from Florida.
President Obama informed Senators Fluckaminsky and Wonderwillow that he is much too busy dealing with North Korea, the gun control issue, and the NBA season to check out the couple's trip.
The president did state that he will have Vice-President Biden look into the matter and report back to him with his findings by May 1.
According to Savannah Kettle with Glamboyant Magazine Jay-Z and his wife were personally invited by the former Cuban leader Fidel "The Beard" Castro and were his honored guests.
Castro took the couple on a tour of some of the island's landmarks, including Casa Babaloo, the home where Desi Arnaz AKA Ricky Ricardo was born, the infamous Guantanamo Prison and Waterboarding Facility, and Cuba's only Tacos, Tacos, and Mucho More Tacos Restaurant located in the heart of Havana.
Just before the couple left to return to the U.S., Castro presented them each with parting gifts. Jay-Z was given 400 of the finest Cuban Cigars and Beyonce was given 200 pounds of the finest Cuban sugar.
