Barack Hussein Obama was arrested today for attempting to steal 50 trillion dollars worth of gold bars from the Ft. Knox gold reserve.
Obama claims he was authorized to take the gold bars because he is President of the United States.
However the Supreme Court ruled 5 - 4 that his presidency was illegal 4 hours before he used his federal credentials to attempt the robbery.
Obama claims he was going to pay off the national debt with the gold bars but Acting President John Boehner is not buying it.
Boehner stated that gold bars cannot be used to finance anything without the approval of both houses of congress and such bills must originate in the house of representatives.
Obama faces 50 years of hard labor in Guantanamo Bay if convicted.
Trial is set for Ash Wednesday of 2013.
