CINCINNATI, Ohio (ABSNN) - A convicted pot smoker's request to smoke "one more joint before quitting," landed him in the joint after an Ohio judge "was astonished by his request." Damaine Mitchell, 19, was sentenced to prison by Hamilton County Judge Melba Marsh who had offered the doper "probation instead of prison, if he'd just stay straight."
"Yo, Ya Honor," said Mitchell, I do it if you lemme smoke one mo joint before I quit. Because it'd be hard to give up without that last Jones, ya know."
"I'm almost sure you'll be able to find a joint in the joint," the judge told Mitchell.
"That's really cool Yo Momma-honor," Mitchell said as he left the court, ditty bopping in shiny shackles.
