Romney Clarifies Who The 47 Per Cent Really Are

Presidential hopeful, Mitt 'The Gaffe-Man' Romney has stuck his foot in his mouth again.

Speaking to a group of people paying $50,000 a plate (and $2 for tips) at a fund raising dinner, Romney said that 47 % of Americans are dependent on the government, who believe they are victims, and pay no income taxes.

Never mind that they are people that are elderly and haver paid their share, or are too young or too poor to pay taxes, the Republican nomibnee was fast to backtarck his statement.

"What I meant to say is that 47% of Americans are 'Star Trek' fans and they should get a life. They're addicted to a single show that's all about phaser-porters and Kling-ulans or such, and should experience other fine science fiction programming. That's actually what I meant to say," said Romney as he smooshed three puieces of filet mignon together to make a triple-decker filet mignon ice cream sandwich.

When pressured to suggest a different show that the 47 % should enjoy, the man that stuttered once and said that he enjoyed the 'comedy' of the ancient Keystone Kops, suggested 'Rockey Jones, Space Cadet', from 1954.

"Science fiction was never cooler than 'Rocky Jones' and has been on a downhill swing ever since. I blame Obama for that, too."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
