The announcement came the same day that law makers voted that the most economical way of of saving money was to purchase every circuit judge a bath robe, slippers and a year long subscription to cable TV.

This news hot on the heels following the announcement that in another penny pinching move that all federal workers are to receive free iPads, so they can keep up with the times.

Talking of times, 500 post office workers today received $5000 Rolex watches as part of a new scheme to reward postal staff who do not or are not likely to go on rampages. Did I mention Disney yet?
