Washington, D.C.-The United States has completed a rough trade agreement with the nation of Columbia following a short fact finding tour by members of the Secret Service to check on the quality of that nation's hookers.
The new rough trade agreement calls for the importation of Columbian Street walkers into the United States, starting as soon as possible, in exchange for Fifty thousand Chevy Volt Automobiles to be used in rehabilitating Cartagena's notorius slums, The Barrios.
"As I understand it these cars aren't worth much as transportation. But down here, if you stack them one on top of another, they have more room than our typical Barrio hut does now.", explained Columbia's President, George Obama. "We look forward to having slum dwellings with electric lights and power windows."
"We're really excited about this new agreement." intoned White House Spokesman, Chris Mathews. "Imagine no more hooker shortages and no more highways clogged with discharged electric cars. It's truly a win-win situation for all involved."
