In a major interview in a major newspaper today, it was revealed that the entire works of William Shakespeare were actually ghost written by philanthropist, socialite and Dean of the Faculty of Make Up, Lipstick and over-priced Fashion at University College Toxteth, Tara Palmer Tomkinson.
This amazing news was revealed by Shakespeare's sister, Ban Anarama, in a rare but frank interview with the Daily Dose, London's largest circulation newspaper for drug abusers.
In the interview, Miss Anarama spoke candidly of her discovery of rare manuscripts in the basement of her house in Ryot, a sleepy hollow near the London suburb of Tottenham.
She said that at first she couldn't believe her eyes, than after seeing one of the original episodes of "Star Trek", she could believe her ears. Or at least she couldn't believe Spock's ears.
The plays, written on the back of unfolded burger cartons have been identified and certified as genuine by Professor Peaches Geldof, an acknowledged expert in ancient burger cartons.
Miss Geldof went on to say "Crucial like, innit?"
Another expert, Professor Ann Otherexpert, has also confirmed that the plays are genuine, and pre-date Shakespeare's work by almost four gin and tonics and two free early admissions to the Croe Bar on London's Titmarsh Street.
