It is today learnt that a Tube Worker, a Mr. Chia Li Peng, originally from Malaysia, was summarily dismissed after his supervisor caught him masturbating behind the ticket window.
Peng was assigned to Booking Office duties yesterday, 19th December at Maida Vale station, where he was employed as a Group Reserve, meaning he could be at any one of a couple of stations.
At around 11am, shortly after morning peak, the Station Supervisor, a Mr. Wong was checking everything was alright when he found the position closed sign lit.
He went into the office and found Mr. Chia Li Peng masturbating to a video of 'Antiques Roadshow'.
He then contacted the Group Station Manager who was able to summarily dismiss him.
Chia Li Peng, a RMT member, contacted his union rep. Bob Crow the union leader found out and was outraged.
"My staff should be able to masturbate whenever they like! Free masturbation for all!" he said when contacted.
