Judge Bishop was caught in a compromising situation after a police helicopter flying overhead with a thermal camera, measuring the temperature of people's roofs, found his emitting a large amount of heat. This often means the house is being used as a canabis farm so police immediately rushed round to his worship's residence, knocked the door in and charged upstairs.
The judge was found wearing just stockings and suspenders and was trying to hide the rent boy in a wardrobe.
After being arrested the judge, according to a police press release, told officers that he thought a rent boy was somebody he paid to rent his room.
Due to his position as a judge and friendship with the Lord Chancellor, and the fact that his son plays football with a senior CPS prosecutor, the judge has been let off with a warning - to get his loft lagged.
