Is this the raoul Moat?

A remarkable connection between the hunt for Raoul Moat and the Soviet/West spy swap has been established.

Moat is, in fact, a Soviet spy and Anna Chapman was his contact. They were lovers! The action Moat took after leaving prison meant the Soviet spy ring had to get out of the West before Moat was caught and gave their secrets away whilst they were still in American hands.

As police closed in on Moat the Soviet spies flew to Moscow. Plans to provide the Americans with oil for their spies could not be organised quickly enough so Moscow decided to let two American spies and two British ones go in exchange.

There is a blackout on what Moat has been saying. But we know it is about his desire to seek revenge against Russian leader Vladimir Putin who is lusting after Anna. Anything Moat says is likely to be in code and encryption experts are on hand to find the raoul meaning of his words.

A major incident which could have led to conflict between Russia and the West has been avoided by minutes. A friend of Moat's, whose life is in danger as he knew about Moat's motives and love some time ago said today: 'The Soviets have been very clever. Who would have thought that their mastermind in the West was a pin up sensation and that she ran Moat as her chief secret agent in Britain?' To my doubt at this suggestion he replied: 'There you are. You see how difficult it is for you to accept the truth.' However I have now seen pictures that prove Raoul and Anna had a secret prison liaison.

Anna and Raoul were meant for each other. This is a love story which will break the hardest of hearts. Now, we learn, this tragedy has ended in hearbreak as Raoul kept his secrets for ever.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
