LONDON - A spokesperson for Scotland Yard, Edinburgh, who wished to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, has stated that he has seen the highly classified files on both Russian spy Anna Chapman and crazed criminal Raoul Moat and both most definitely have a connection.
Neville Chambershire, 47, stated from his office that he has actually seen various photos of Chapman and Moat in several uncompromising situations.
Chambershire noted that in one photograph Anna is sitting on Raoul's lap feeding him grapes as he reads about the FIFA World Cup Finals in The London Daily Hand-Held Mirror.
In another photo the two can be seen totally naked, except for hand mittens, taking a leisurely stroll down an isolated path beside the Thames River.
The picture clearly shows one of Anna's many intimate tattoos. It is a tattoo of a bottle of Russian Vodka, which she had put on her G-spot as a self birthday present two years ago.
SIDENOTE: English authorities believe that Raoul Moat may be in the Piccadilly Circus area visiting an ex-girlfriend Wanda Agatha McBundlejoy, aka 'Joy Jugs.'
