Sharon Shoesmith was legally given the boot according to a ruling at the High Court today. Shoesmith had gone to court over unfair dismissal but the Judge, Mr Justice Fecket, sorry Foskett rejected Shoesmith's claim and agreed she should have got the boot in the Baby P case.
Baby P, was found dead in his cot, after suffering more than 50 horrific injuries, including a broken back, and fractured ribs. This should never have happened as social workers were well aware this little boy was at risk.
Father Ted, speaking from Craggy Island, commented by saying "Shoesmith should not just have got the boot she should have got a right good kick up the arse".
Meanwhile Father Dougal, had to be continually told that Baby P, did not mean Baby Priest or a Baby that needed to Pee.
