The British couple jailed for kissing in public in Dubai, have mounted an appeal against the one month jail term they received.

It is understood that new evidence stating that they were not kissing, but in fact were merely passing a passport from his mouth to hers in an effort to prevent Israeli Mossad agents from stealing it.
