The Houses of Parliament, London, England, ordinarily a quiet and cheerful place, is today a hot bed of intrigue and conjecture.
During one of Labour Foreign Secretary David Miliband's sensational speeches, several opposition MPs noticed that Mr Miliband's lips were not moving in time with the words that were being heard.
Although nothing was said at the time, rumours are rapidly spreading through central London that David Miliband is merely the face for an unknown, dark and sinister voice.
David Miliband, now nicknamed, 'David Mili'Vanilli'band, has strongly denied that anything untoward occurred, blaming a time shift or worm bubble for creating the illusion of something untoward.
Despite Mr Mili'Vanilli'band's relatively concrete explanation of events, several Conservative peers have asked for scientists and experts in the field to review the tape of Mr Mili'Vanilli'band.
Britney Speers and Ashlee Simpson are among the experts who have been asked to review Mili'Vanilli'band's speech with Ashlee remarking that:
"The only way to tell if a Politician is lying is to watch their face. If their lips move, they are definitely lying."
The Conservative peers have since asked for the tape of Mili'Vanilli'band's speech back from Ashlee Simpson, stating that there is obviously nothing that she can bring to the table regarding this matter.
