England might just become England

The British National Party have been warned that they will probably have to change their name at some time in the future to The English National Party because if the Scottish National Party get enough votes they will declare independence for Scotland.

Scottish Nationalist Robert MacGregor points out that the SNP already are the main party in the Scottish Government in Edinburgh but only a few more votes would be needed to get strong enough control to move for Independence.

English historian John Smith wants to make people understand that if Scotland gets Independence then England would have to be just England again and we would not have the confused situation we have at present where England can send a football team to the World Cup but are unable to be represented in football in the Olympics.

There have been in the past political parties calling themselves The English National Party but none of them would want the racist BNP to be renamed the English National Party.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
