Hi Osama. How Ya Diddlin'?

A spokesman for the International Union of Email Directors has announced that his members will be coming out in support of Royal Mail union members should it become necessary.

Royal Mail has indicated that it it is prepared to take action following so-called 'modernisation' of the British Postal service, which in reality have seen services cut back and the depreciation of salaries.

The IUED has indicated that it too will stage mass walk-outs by its membership. Of concern to regular email users is the effect that it will have on them. We asked Pat Post, who has a black and white cat what it all means:

"It means that emails will be totally unregulated and will have to rely solely on computer servers to deliver. So Nigerians will probably end up scamming themselves, paedophiles will probably end up emailing Sky News and Al Qaeda will find that they've emailed Robbie Williams's website. In brief, it will probably bring the entire planet to a grinding halt in much the same way as the 'Milennium Bug' didn't."

A scary prospect.

More scary prospects when we find some more scary prospectors.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
