A Les Miserable Yesterday.

He may have wowed the audience, the judges, and millions of television viewers with his rendition of 'Bring Him Home' from the muscal production of Les Miserables, but Jamie Pugh, brother of Gladys from Hi De Hi was brought back down to earth with a resounding bump today when he reported for duty as a pizza delivery man.

He was sacked on the spot, by heartless boss, Luigi 'Piano Wire' Panini.

Jamie, a Welshman from the Welsh valleys in south Wales protested that he was guilty of no offence and made it clear that he considered the sacking 'grossly unfair.'

"This is grossly unfair," he complained.

We asked 'Piano Wire' Panini why he had taken such drastic action against his 'overnight celebrity' pizza delivery man? He told us:

"Da people no innerest inna da pizza no more. Dey juss wanna heara dis guy sing an dey clog uppa da phone lines so's people who are hungry for pizza can no get through. I run a pizzeria here not a frickin' juke box. He go. He comma back I get out da piano wire. Ass hole."

More on Jamie's rapid rise to fame and fortune as we get it.

With anchovies and black olives. Probably.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
