In breaking news a rising Scottish female celebrity of song, made famous by the TV show Britain's Got Talent, but who is definately not Susan Boyle, has announced she has contracted swine flu and wants every body to know about it.
She intends to lock herself away in her newly purchased Mayfair apartment and record her developing condition via blogs on the internet. She has even announced that she will release a video on YouTube showing her singing Scotland The Brave from her sick bed.
Many people are concerned that she might never sing again or worse pass away.
"I'm okay but Simon, if you're reading this, I'm expecting your contract immediately," she declared.
Perhaps the producers of the talent quest should consider changing its title to "Britain's Got Swine Flu."
