Gordon Brown ("the face of L'oreal") has caused a diplomatic row after he was pictured using Clarins makeup before meeting Barak Obama.
Brown, who has a £3million-per-year contract for mens nourishing moisturisers and hair products, was seen to be applying a Clarins No.3 foundation and a Rimmel blusher. It is believed but not confirmed that he also used a rival manufacturer's hairspray.
Because I'm Worth It
A furious Jaques De La Grange said from L'oreal's HQ in Paris; "Zees Monsieur so-called Brown is a disgrace to the name of L'oreal. I fart in his general direction. His mother smells of elderberries..." and so on in a similar vein for 10 minutes.
Over at Clarins the staff were delighted Brown had chosen their makeup. "Polls have shown that we are the number one makeup for world leaders, and in fact for any man with dubious self-image problems or a 'ow you say large ego".
