Uproar today in Spoofland as leading Spoofologist BuckwheatsButt refused to hand back points he had accrued in his pension package, despite the majority of Spoofers being in negative point equity as a result of the global points downturn.
"It's just not fair," an anonymous Spoofer told The Spoof.com "BuckwheatsButt has been accruing zillions of points while the rest of us have been scratching around in the dirt for scraps. And now he's going to cash in a pension point bonus of 16 million points, at our expense. It's just wrong."
It has been revealed that the Prime Spoofer wrote to BuckwheatsButt asking him to reconsider the 16 million point pension, and to hand back some of the points as a goodwill gesture.
In a leaked communique to Spoof Central Offices, BuckwheatsButt allegedly said:
"These are my points and I'm keeping them. I earned those points fair and square. What do I care that I leave everybody else wallowing in the dirt?"
One bitter and twisted Spoofer commented:
"He's a disgrace. Totally selfish. He makes that Sir Fred Goodwin chap look quite philanthropic in comparison."
More as we get it.
