In the wake of his capture Monday, serial killer Buford George Jones is being recalled by neighbors as an ordinary type person.
"I would have never expected it from Buford", stated one neighbor who's wife and kids apparently ran off to a life of their own last summer. "Why Buford was the first one I notified and him and me searched all up and down the road and never did find them."
Buford's long-time best buddy, Buddy Joe Jr. from Sanders Creek stated that he was struck dumb when he first heard the news.
"I tell you, I was struck dumb with the news, first time I heard it, but after that first time, kinda settled down and took the next one more calm", stated Junior. "Why, Buford was usually the first one to arrive on the scene offering to help find whoever was missing.
"I tell you who Belly Bob and the Morgantown, West Virginia police should be questioning, They ought to come out here to Buford's house and question that dog that was always talking to him."
