LONDON: Advisors to Gordon Brown have suggested the Prime Minister should take to wearing pink suits and platform heels in an attempt to raise his public profile.
Advisors are worried that in a recent poll undertaken by Choo-Gov, only 15% of respondents correctly identified him as PM from a photo, with 24% thinking he was the late Bernard Manning, and 9% incorrectly identifying him as Frankenstein's monster.
Last week the PM's office was forced to deny that Brown has had 'charisma implants' and a tummy-tuck, despite reports that he was seen flirting with Cilla Black at a fundraising event.
