Former Deputy Prime Minister John "Two Jags" Prescott has been fired by fast food corporation McDonald's after just one day in his new job as a consultant.
John "Two Pizzas" Prescott announced recently that he is to quit as MP at the next General Election. Mr "Two Cakes" Prescott has been MP for Hull East since 1970.
Mr "Two Chicken Tikka Masalas" Prescott was immediately hired by McDonald's as a consultant on an annual salary of £750,000.
Mr "Two Enchiladas" Prescott was fired after just one day in the new role. McDonald's refused to disclose the reason for his dismissal.
In an unrelated incident, the entire food supply at one of McDonald's London branches mysteriously disappeared recently. The corporation said it was pure coincidence that it happened on the same day Mr "Two Sweet & Sour Chickens" Prescott started working for them.
