London - (Rotters): London cops have branded Mayor Ken Livingstone as an evil little tosser whose obsession with personal vendettas has spearheaded him into public office rather than any over-riding great political ambition.
The news comes amid increasing speculation that the US embassy is to personally sue Livingstone over his daft congestion charge which has done absolutely nothing to reduce the capital's air pollution, traffic volume problems or associated travel misery.
The US embassy has steadfastly refused to pay it's congestion charge fines for over two years after branding the fee as a local tax from which they are diplomatically exempt.
However, Livingstone's subsequent public verbal absue of ambassador Tuttle triggered a massive covert security surveillance campaign which led both CIA and London cops to unearth a huge spying and corruption ring which the Mayor has run for the last six years in a desperate bid to ensure his past criminal records remain whitewashed under Human Rights legislation brought in by UK Prime Monster Tony Blair.
"It may be a matter of days before we bust the little f***er," a Scotland Yard source said today.
"A class act, that's what he is. But we are classier I think."
