Richman Brown wants to redouble his efforts to end children living in poverty while his proposed budget abandons hundreds of thousands of them in hunger and homelessness.
Richie Rich Brown defended his actions by invoking the history of 19th century England: "The UK has not had a novelist of the stature of Dickens in over 100 years. Gone are the Conrads and the Hardys! Will we, the nation of Chaucer and Shakespeare ever produce another great literary figure again? My experts tell me -Not if we have no poor urchins to inspire the literary muse that created the likes of Oliver Twist"
Brown's new cultural initiative is going by the name: Shiver for the next Shakespeare, Starve for another Swinburne, Hunger for an Hardy!
