A sudden overnight attack by the "Big Freeze" has caused chaos all over Europe and the UK. Skidding vehicles, traffic jams, rail delays, snowmen and buckets and buckets of snow greeted Brits and Europeans attempting to get to work or bringing the kiddies to school; a disaster in other words.
But all is not lost because local weather man, Jake Throst, gave the following forecast for the coming months:
"Ladies and gentlemen, I promise you that the 'Big Freeze' is just warming up (?), so build your snowmen, throw snowballs at your teachers, damage your cars and get stuck in hours and hours of traffic jams because soon you aint seen nothing yet!"
Many viewers, who misunderstood the forecast, slid out of their front doors and rushed off to the local supermarkets hoping to get a bargain or two, i.E; cheap snow shovels, chains for the tyres, antifreeze, snowboots, etc, believing that the horrendous snow will melt tomorrow! But on arriving there they got the shock of their lives; supemarkets had jacked up the prices instead!
Disappointed punters were last seen stuck in snowdrifts and traffic jams for hours and hours freezing their nuts off hoping for a sudden "meltdown", but unfortunately the Big Freeze is just "warming up!"
