Two notorious scrap metal thieves have finally made it into this year's U.K. Rich List.
With a combined wealth of nearly £13 billion, Fred Copper and Albert Steel are already half-way up the Top 100 List, and aim to reach the top next year.
"We're good at climbing - church roofs, spires, pylons and all sorts," said Fred. The No.1 spot is there for the taking. It'll be a snip."
Although the pair have been imprisoned several times, it doesn't stop their lucrative business. They are good at removing heavy metal bars, escaping with them, and heading for the scrap metal yards.
Each year Britain compiles its own 'Rich List' of the top 100 wealthiest people in the U.K. This year all 100 names were engraved on a special brass plaque to commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Year. It was displayed on the outside wall of the Bank of England in London.
But someone has already pinched it.
