Police fear a serial killer may be at large after two bodies were found in the quiet village of Northenden.
Top Manchester Detective, Cain Yohelpus said late Saturday night a headless body was found in a field by a man out dumping his dog.
The following Tuesday a bodiless head was discovered less than four hundred yards away by a fly tipper. The fly tipper was arrested on the spot.
He went on to say that the people of Northenden were shocked as it was a quiet unassuming village and people did not normally fly tip around here.
The two murders may well be connected and asked the public to contact them if they stumble across the bodiless mans head or the headless mans body.
