All red tape and bureaucracy is the target for the Government which wants to free up the business world. A shining example has come to light in the private health initiative which has been providing breast implants. Funding the cheapest possible option at the most expensive rate was ideal for women.
'Private Health without petty restrictions has proved my point' said a beaming David Cameron 'What we need is to free up the whole of industry.'
In order to deal with the NHS Cameron wants to introduce some of the no nonsense approach to health care as provided by private health care. 'Paper work is the bane of the health system' he told nurses 'we don't know anything about the breast implants introduced in the private health centres because no proper records were kept. You must learn to follow this example!'
Petty transport bureaucracy is also to to be rooted out in a pioneer scheme to root out restrictions. 'It is time we let people to drive without driving tests upsetting young people' declared Cameron 'I keep meeting distressed young people who have failed their driving test. This agony must end! I shall be introducing legislation in the next Parliamentary session to outlaw red tape around stupid driving tests. We will set the people free!'
