Portsmouth FC have a wonderful future as English and European champions according to an expert.
The south coast club have endured difficult times recently - they won the FA Cup in 2008, but went into freefall once their Russian oligarch owner lost interest and demanded all his money back. Administration and relegation from the Premier League followed last season.
Despite having to field on-loan players and being unable to sign others the club, under the managership of Steve Cotterill, managed to finish 16th in the nPower Championship this season, when surely everyone expected further relegation was on the cards.
Superfan Jake Seaport elated: "That's the turn around... Cotterill's blue armeeeee!
"We're getting a new owner in the summer and it's gonna be like Man City and QPR. Pompey are gonna be huge again - just like 48-49 and 49-50... what do you mean, you don't remember?
"We're gonna knock Man U off their bloody perch and take Europe by storm. Watch out Barca... Pompey are coming!"
