Top athletes have offered all the praise and glory to God almighty and junior JC for made foul shots, touchdown passes and homerun balls for years now. A new trend has created a disturbance in the religio-sporto community. Competitors in athletic events from track and field to cribbage have started to not only thank God for their successes but to blame the Almighty for their failures.
The always faithful Christian, Faithful Christian of the Liverpool Lugnuts recently cursed Almighty God for his missed shot on goal:
"I thank God for all of my small and large achievements for seasons now. but then I started thinking that what's good for the goose is good for the gander. When I biffed it really bad, I was always the goat. Then I realized that if JC got all the P&G for my hard won wins well then Gawd damnit He would be part of my flops. Damn Jesus for my missed shot on goal will be my new mantra...
