DENVER - Anna Welker wasted no time catching a flight with her hubby former New England Patriot's wide receiver Wes Welker and flying out to their new home town the Rocky Mountain city of Denver.
After talks with the New England ownership failed to keep Welker, 31, in a Patriot's uniform he informed the Broncos that he would be honored to become a member of their team.
It is no secret that Welker had about as much respect for Patriots coach Bill "Say Cheese" Belichick and team owner Robert "Macaroni" Kraft as American Idol's Mariah Carey has for Nicki "The Clown" Minaj.
Anna Welker, was especially happy to leave the Right Coast and move to Colorado, the Same-Sex Marriage and Marijuana Capital of The United States.
Mrs. Welker talked with Sporting Chance Magazine's Hercules Confetti.
She told him that she's thrilled that she won't have to listen to Gisele Bundchen-Brady any longer making her little, bitter, angry, sarcastic remarks about how receivers Wes, Rob (Gronkowski), and Aaron (Hernandez) seem to drop lots of catchable passes thrown by her amazingly gifted husband Tom "Terrific" Brady.
So now Welker's number 83 will be removed from the New England programs and it will be gladly added to the Denver Broncos programs.
And two individuals who are grinning from ear-to-ear are Broncos Executive Vice-President of Operations John "Happy Face" Elway and Broncos quarterback Peyton "Yippee" Manning.
SIDENOTE: An unnamed New England executive stated that Tom Brady is so upset about the Patriots letting his favorite receiver get away that he is refusing to drink water.
