The military is secretly building a new prison in Guantanamo Bay.
This prison will hold terrorists against the wall using magnets, magnets will be installed in the Orange Jumpsuits, guards will then be able at will to operate the magnetic walls to stick the prisoners to the wall for the fun of it.
The purpose is to tease the terrorists and make it impossible for them to go to the scene to fight back against the teasing.
The guards will be burning things the terrorists hold dear, some of which is not go be revealed at this time, but the military officers have said they will have fun tormenting and teasing the stinky terrorists.
