A significant number of UK science teachers oppose the exclusion of intelligent design and creationist scio-mythology from the science curriculla in British schools.
British Christian scientist I. Luv Dalord testified before Parliament that he thought C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia should be the basis for the UK science standards:
" In the revealed texts of Clive Barnes Lewis, we have learned that the world as we know it was created, saved and will be judged by a really large and quite cool lion. If we keep this truth from England's youth we shall face harsh judgement from Aslan on the last day. Maybe you liberals want to risk having your head bitten off by a really big cat but as for me and mine I will teach that a way intelligent lion designed, created and intelligenced the whole world!"
