Bush the President with more low science grades than Millard Fillmore has announced that science will no longer have any credibility in US society. Bush supports his ban on science with numerous citations from his favorite faith based superstitioners: "My administration has debunked global warming, the energy shortage, gravity, the heliocentric system and evolution"
The same man who couldn't tell his ass from his elbow has hired "science" experts who have no expertise in science but have worked tirelessly to support industry's right to pollute while denying education's right to teach evolution. The rule seems to say that if the science supports neo-con capitalistic goals then it's a-ok. But if the research might lead to a conclusion that might expand Bush's already exploding budget then science is subversive!
