New research into Cosmetic Surgery shows that it may well be possible to undergo an "implant of the bum cheeks". The procedure is very similar to that of the Breast Implant. Two silicone implants would be placed in the buttocks, and you would be able to chose from a number of sizes.
One of America's top Cosmetic Surgeons, Andrew McBoden, says " This is a real advance in cosmetic treatments and shows that anything really is possible,however there is still a long way to go before we can be sure this procedure is safe"
There's speculation in Hollywood that one of the first celebrities to undergo this treatment will most likely be The Simple Life star, Nicole Ritchie. After suffering an eating disorder back in 2004, Miss Ritchie is said to be looking forward to getting back her "huge round thang"
