Every year the U. S. celebrates M. L. King Day - when it should be celebrating Black Civil Rights Day. It took many black leaders - Male and Female and thousands of followers to achieve Civil Rights Equality for Blacks - not one man.
Anyway - Martin - like a several of our U. S. Presidents had a high Sex drive and had many mistress while married - including some White mistresses.
For a while it was a sex and mistress 'Arms' race between President Kennedy and Martin over who would have the most Mistresses(while married).
Kennedy had the most famous mistress - Marilyn Monroe - but possibly Martin had more mistresses.
Apparently both men used adulterous relationships for tension and stress relief. Staff of both men knew of the mistresses knew of the Adultery and looked the other way - and kept the secret. The FBI also knew.
Both are what we call today - 'Hot Fuckers'.
Recent 'hot Fuckers' with high Sex drives are former presidents Clinton and Trump.
Former Pres. George Bush jr. was one also when Young - but when older (like Prince Charles) became the calm collected 'Elder statesman' -
totally ignoring their sexually Risqué past.
Martin Luther King died in April 1968 - shot as he stepped out of a motel where he had spent the night with possibly a white woman.
Probably came close to being killed several times in his career.
