Suppose you were in a United 777 flying direct to London, and an emergency were to develop, would you rather have retired Iraq fighter pilot veteran, Amy McGrath, in the plane or Mitch McConnell?
Suppose the pilots ate bad food before boarding the 777, and are passed out in the cockpit - should the flight attendant get on the loudspeaker and ask for the 78-year-old Senator McConnell from Kentucky to address the passengers and give a speech on Trump’s golf game, or would you, as a passenger, prefer that she call for veteran retired Iraq fighter pilot, McGrath, to report to the flight deck?
Even Bone Spurs would prefer Amy McGrath up in the flight deck. It’s a matter of life and death, and the 777 needs a competent pilot to land that bird.
With coronavirus spreading like radiation from Chernobyl, the country is in an emergency, a dive, with no solution in sight, and do-nothing Donald Trump in charge. Bone Spurs and his groveling Republican sycophants are willing to ignore the death numbers and allow thousands more to die.
Amy McGrath can safely land the 777 or this ship of state. This lady is a 20-year veteran of the Maine Corps, flew 89 combat missions against al-Qaeda and the Taliban, and has landed her jet on an aircraft carrier, at night and during a storm.
Better having Amy McGrath in the United 777 rather than Mitch McConnell. Better having McGrath in the Senate instead of McConnell.
