First up, the remaining quarter-final results.
Matthew Stevens beat Ryan Day 13-5
After trailing in the first session, Stevens reeled off 11 frames in a row to progress to the semi-finals, the sixth of his Crucible career, but first since a final defeat to Shaun Murphy in 2005.
Ronnie O'Sullivan beat Neil Robertson 13-10
O'Sullivan overturned a 5-3 first session deficit to win by three frames and Robertson says Ronnie is now the man to beat. Problem is, Ronnie and his head are normally responsible for beating Ronnie.
Ali Carter beat Jamie Jones 13-11
Carter the unstoppable snooker machine marches on, again with the closest match of the round (his game v Judd Trump which went to the deciding frame was the closest of the second round ties) Jone can console himself with 7 centuries on his first visit to the Crucible - the most by a player making his debut.
The semi-final line-up sees O'Sullivan take on Stevens and Maguire matched with Carter.
