Top Hollywood dentist Dr. Denver Colorado II has hailed his new technique as a 'genius breakthrough' for all his up and coming Hollywood actors.Denver takes up the story.
'It all started with my Father,Denver The 1st who invented Wooden Teeth for the likes of Walt Disney back in the early days of Hollywood. Walt was fed up with always brushing his teeth so Dad came up with the wooden teeth idea.Clients came in for a light sanding every few weeks,and Dad kept their teeth nice and smooth.It became very popular with a lot of big artists because they were very low maintenance,and also at the time Dentist Bills were going through the roof.
Dad was responsible for the rugged look of many of the male stars over the years.Marlon Brando in 'The Godfather',Peter Sellers in 'The Pink Panther', and Dudley Moore in 'Arthur' were just three of Dads favourite clients,they loved their natural look.Things were great until the 80's when it became fashionable to have ridiculously bright white teeth and The Bee Gees took things right over the edge!
Today though,things are swinging back towards the Wooden Teeth look because once they are fitted,they really do almost look after themselves.The most popular style at the moment is a set of teeth in White Beechwood.I've created a technique where all you have to do is varnish them twice a year and they should last forever.'
